Why am I having such a tough time to find the Visual C++ run-time
library API? Wouldn't you expect that Microsoft would make this
information more readily available, so that people can start
developing C/C++ code with portability to the Windows platform in
mind? Everybody doesn't working in the Visual/.NET IDE to develop
software (where I presume they are making this information available,
please confirm). The only worthwhile links that I have found are the
following (and both of them provide info in an extremely user-
unfriendly manner):
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa272890(VS.60).aspx
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa249847(VS.60).aspx
Can someone kindly suggest a better web resource?
Thanks,
